How to resolve or to fix this issue? I already downloaded the Service Pack itself but it still pops up whenever I install the teamspeak.

You need to manually install service Pack one, it was a 900mb update which can be downloaded from the website. Will provide you the link as soon as I'm on my PC.

There actually lies an easy fix for this error. Just go to compatibility mode and select anything that has "Service pack 1" or more written on it.
