Go to task manager > and try to find gta:sa and click on delete, if it does not work just reinatall your gta.

Delete gta_sa.set from Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files

Run GTA:SA:MP with no other mods installed.

as per 0x00746929 or 0x0081214A relates to badly configured client side setting. (from SAMP forums)

Try changing the compatibility mode on sa-mp/gta-sa.exe. If that doesnt bear fruit then delete gta_sa.set in /your documents/gta san andreas user files/
