make sure it fits size which is 200 by 250 pixels or 300.0 KB but i dont think u can upload one, unless you're in graphic team or some other usergroups, like a regular user u need admin to set one for u

You can try to make an FRR, when i was an admin we processed those but the forum rules might have changed so I'd check them out first.
