As a note to ensure everyone is on the same level:
DOC is officially in-game as a replacement for SANG. However, until the HQ move is officially in place (the mapping is found/created), it is just a namechange for now.
Low-priority prisoners will still go to SAPD for now.
High-priority prisoners will still go to DeMorgan for now.
The official faction change will happen when the new mapping and scripting is complete.
