You were the one of the many whom Joseph warned on newbie for mass abuse. It's funny that you don't remember abusing (/newb) once. You should've known better to not abuse (/newb) the three other times (considering what Joseph did was give you a warning).

btw; you weren't the only one who got muted / warned by Joseph, so don't think this is a bias decision.
