What exactly did you say over /newb? You're supposed to have a screenshot of the incident. However, I will check the logs.

I can't even remember when or even IF I muted him as he has no proof. To my memory this was probably done a awhile ago and not recent I know that much. He was banned or at least posted a BA on the 27th http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/showthread.php?280144-Justin_Denton-s-Ban-Appeal-Banned-by-Keven and unbanned today. I haven't muted anyone or warned anyone today. Check the logs but I'm sure his mute/warn was valid.

You had no right to do that. Dixie made the right decision by warning you, that warn led to a mute. I agree with the decision made, you'll have to /requestnewbieunmute in-game. You're a level 10, you should know not to say things like that over /newb.
