Heavy Offenses
Heavy offenses will almost always result in an in-game ban, unless specified otherwise. Lighter cases may result in other punishments being issued instead of a ban, and heavy cases may result in a community ban or other punishments.
Terms of heavy offences may result in account deactivation/deletion if deemed necessary.
Medium Offenses
New players will always receive a verbal warning before any further punishments are issued.
Fines: Whenever a player is prisoned for a medium offence, they will be fined 5% of their in-game funds by the admin handling the imprisonment.
Kicks: Some admins may issue a 'verbal warning' to new players as a kick. Admins may also issue kicks as a warning for lighter cases of medium offences (e.g. small cases of exploiting).
Imprisonment: If it is deemed necessary to prison a player for a medium offence, a maximum of 60 minutes is to be given for a single offence. New players can only receive a maximum of 30 minutes for a single offence.
Warnings: High levelled players will receive an admin warning for 'high levelled rule breaking' when prisoned for a medium offence. Reaching 3 warnings will result in an automatic ban.
Bans: Repeated or extreme cases of medium offences may mean that an admin deems a ban to be the necessary punishment. This'll usually result in a temporary ban, unless the player is a repeated offender, in which they may be told to appeal their ban at a later point.
Light Offences
Light offences aren't usually prison/ban-worthy, as they can usually be solved by talking or muting from the respective channels. However, if a player is able to repeat the offence over and over, an admin may deem a prison/ban necessary.
New players & high levelled players
A new player is a player with a level of 3 or under.
A high levelled player is a player with a level of 10 or above.
Players with enough respect points to be level 4/10 but choose not to buy it do not count as new players. If it is abundantly clear that a low levelled account is obviously experienced with our rules/server, they will not be seen as a new player.

<span style="color:white;">Using any account to access our server whilst any of your other accounts (or any accounts potentially using your IP address) have an active ban. This is not allowed unless you have permission from an admin. </span>

Jokes regarding impersonation can sometimes go too far, and this rule can seem unfair. Just don’t do it, even in a joking manner.</span>

<span style="color:white;">Money farming is the process of creating new accounts and paying the money to another account, or paying earned money from one account to another. It's detected easily in the logs - don't do it if you want to play here.
Money farming (Transferring businesses and houses) is the process of transferring properties (houses, businesses and etc.) from an alt to main. This is strictly prohibited. It shouldn't be done under any circumstances. You're also not allowed to transfer money obtained from the properties from an alt to main.</span>

If you're caught playing on an existing alternative account, you're expected to meet the consequences of it as well.</span>

<span style="color:white;">Rush-tazing is using the tazer/rubber bullet systems unfairly. Specific details are as follows:
Tazing a player whilst they are aiming or shooting at you is not allowed.
However, other LEOs may taze the suspect from behind whilst they are preoccupied.
If a player turns around to purposefully avoid being tazed via the rush taze rule, then LEOs may taze regardless of where the player is facing.</span>

<span style="color:white;">Law enforcement officers are not permitted to charge (/su) a player for the same crime during the same situation more than once (e.g. charging for possession of a sniper, then possession of a deagle in the same situation).</span>

<span style="color:white;">You must comply with any roleplay situation you are engaged in. Do not avoid the situation or do things which are unrealistic.</span>

When you are in death mode, you are RPly critically injured. You cannot move and cannot be moved to avoid risk of further injury.
FMD can revive you with whatever means are necessary, and SAPD/DOC have access to basic medical gear that allows them to stabilise a player (admin revive), but they will require further treatment from an official FMD member to be healthy again (else they risk being punished for PG).
Once your health reaches 0 in the death screen, you are officially player killed from the scenario.</span>

<span style="color:white;">It is not allowed to request a friend to end your life for any reason. For example, you have been critically injured by the SAPD and they are working on getting you revived so they can arrest you, and you ask a friend to finish you off to avoid arrest.
In this scenario, the player doing the killing will be prisoned for DM (for having no IC reason to kill), and the player being killed will be prisoned for inciting to rulebreak.</span>

Heavy Offenses
Heavy offenses will almost always result in an in-game ban, unless specified otherwise. Lighter cases may result in other punishments being issued instead of a ban, and heavy cases may result in a community ban or other punishments.
Terms of heavy offences may result in account deactivation/deletion if deemed necessary.
Medium Offenses
New players will always receive a verbal warning before any further punishments are issued.
Fines: Whenever a player is prisoned for a medium offence, they will be fined 5% of their in-game funds by the admin handling the imprisonment.
Kicks: Some admins may issue a 'verbal warning' to new players as a kick. Admins may also issue kicks as a warning for lighter cases of medium offences (e.g. small cases of exploiting).
Imprisonment: If it is deemed necessary to prison a player for a medium offence, a maximum of 60 minutes is to be given for a single offence. New players can only receive a maximum of 30 minutes for a single offence.
Warnings: High levelled players will receive an admin warning for 'high levelled rule breaking' when prisoned for a medium offence. Reaching 3 warnings will result in an automatic ban.
Bans: Repeated or extreme cases of medium offences may mean that an admin deems a ban to be the necessary punishment. This'll usually result in a temporary ban, unless the player is a repeated offender, in which they may be told to appeal their ban at a later point.
Light Offences
Light offences aren't usually prison/ban-worthy, as they can usually be solved by talking or muting from the respective channels. However, if a player is able to repeat the offence over and over, an admin may deem a prison/ban necessary.
New players & high levelled players
A new player is a player with a level of 3 or under.
A high levelled player is a player with a level of 10 or above.
Players with enough respect points to be level 4/10 but choose not to buy it do not count as new players. If it is abundantly clear that a low levelled account is obviously experienced with our rules/server, they will not be seen as a new player.

<span style="color:white;">Any form of suicide, regardless of whether it gives one an advantage r not, results in an instant CK. This is to avoid people killing themselves to avoid roleplay situations.</span>

You cannot rob more than $50,000 cash. You can rob an unlimited amount of drugs, and up to 10,000 weapon materials maximum.
You cannot rob/kidnap a party with more than 4+ individuals around that aren't involved.</span>

You cannot scam more than $20,000 cash or any item worth the same amount (2,000 materials, 20g cocaine, 40g cannabis).
However, gambling is an exception to the scamming limit. Any scam related to gambling is deemed an IC matter.
