Recently we've had technical issues with skins. The main reason for this is the organization turning into a mess.
To avoid further issues with skins, we're putting in new regulations:

1. Custom skins requests must be posted using this link:
http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forms.php?do=form&fid=91

This will post the request in the GRR section, which will then be moved to the sub-section "Custom Skins Requests".

2. Please DO NOT post a skin request in the DRR section, it will be moved to archived with no response.

3. When posting a skin request, make sure you include all of the information (skin link, your SQL ID, approved order ID) failing to do so will result in your request being moved to archived with no response.
You may also give us a skin ID (from SAMP's default skins) you want to base your skin on (this will give your new skin the walk/run style of that skin), if you won't we will base it on something random (CJ is not allowed).

4. You are not allowed to keep your link private. This confuses us as usually we're dealing with more than one request at a time. If you're afraid your skin will be "stolen", you shouldn't have asked to upload it to the server in the first place. When the skin is uploaded to the server, the players download it so even if your link is private they can still pull out the skin if they wish.

5. You are not allowed to replace your skin. You asked for it, we've done our job on giving it to you, however that's when our part ends. We will not replace a skin just because you don't like it anymore. To avoid weird skins in-game, we will not implement such skins in the first place, so we apologize if your skin is not approved.

6. You are allowed to request your skin's SQL ID to be changed in case you change account, note that this change can only take place in an update (which means even if I changed it for you, an update must occur for it to work again).

The above regulations apply to current skin requests as well.

Best regards,
Development Team
