RECRUITMENT INFORMATION
To join the community helpers team, we'll have to follow the requirements and read them thoroughly before applying for the team. You must be helpful, professional, mature and must put his maximum dedication in order to do your job professionally. You must read the requirements and procedures thoroughly and then you may apply for community helpers team using this form (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forms.php?do=form&fid=75)
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Level: The applicant must be level 10 or above in order to apply for the helpers' team. Level 10 is obligatory just because to ensure that applicant must have enough experience and knowledge of the server. Under no circumstances, your application will be processed if your level is below 10.
Discord: It is mandatory for the candidate to understand how discord works. Most of the times, helper discussions are held over discord and it's obligatory that you must know and use the discord to keep yourself updated accordingly.
English: The candidate must be fluent in speaking English. We don't hire those who are poor/hesitant English speaker. The candidate for helpers team must be good in English in order to get enlisted with helpers team.
Attitude: The candidate must have a good, professional and non-toxic attitude in order to get enlisted with us. Our policies against toxic applicants are so strict and we don't allow toxic players in the team.
RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
The recruitment procedure goes through four stages of the recruitment and the applicant must pass the all the stages in order to become an official helper of the team. You'll get a trial helper for fourteen(14) days if you're a fresh candidate OR seven(7) days if you're applying for reinstatement. Once you're given trial helper, you'll be given Usergroup along with trial helper status IG in order to perform your duties within the given time period. You must be active and do your job with all the provided requirements above in order to remain the team as an official helper. Refrain from asking for your application status or you'll be rejected immediately. You'll receive a PM from a Head Helper for your application status via any platform(forums, IG etc).
