These are the updates that have came with revision 114.5 along with San Andreas Multiplayer 0.3e.
Fixed a bug with the stoned system making the player unable to see.
Added complaint mods into the script.
Your newbie chat tag now gets removed when you get removed from VIP, helper team etcetera.
Added a restriction to /pick to stop an exploit.
Fixed up the crack shooting detection, it is now less buggy/fussy.
Unowned dealership cars now respawn in their initial creation position every 15 minutes.
Added /sendto for Junior and up admins, sends a player to a specified area/player.
Added a new tazer system with silenced 9mm's.
Fixed a bug with pickups and 3d text labels.
