how to install mods?

Once you've downloaded some mods,download an .IMG editor,i recommend you Spark.IMG editor,anyway..after you download that,install it and open it - once you do open it,get all of the 'models' in it and browse for your fresh downloaded mods.Copy those mods and paste them into the already opened Spark.IMG editor over the regular 'models' from GTA SA Directory,in case you want other,more expand and detailed guide pass by YouTube.

1. Download Alci's IMG Editor
2. Click the "Open" thing in the IMG Editor and select <your GTASA Directory>/models/gta3.img
3. Replace the skins in the IMG with your mod skins
4. Click "Save"
5. Run GTA:SA, if the skin works, congratulations, if it doesn't, reinstall the original skin

Yeah. I suggest you to uase Alci, it can replace many files at a time. However, IMG tool can only replace files one by one. If you have problems using the Alci IMG editor, this might help you out.
