Open your browser and search for 'Pirate Bay',once you view 'Pirate Bay' type GTA San Andreas in the 'Search'.
-You'll notice a lot of uploads,but you'll search for this > Gta san andreas ,uploaded by Kt_123.

~This uploader is trustful and the GTA SA works fine plus it has no mods included.

I do agree with Wickens it's against the rules and regulations of Gta SA terms and conditions. Better get a DVD from store and install it as it's done.

[1] Buy it off Steam. (I did this one)
[2] Go buy it at a store.
[3] Torrent it, Which I can't give links.
