connecting to the server fail

i am new to this server. my friends plays on it ,so he told me to play on it too . i tried joing it but it keeps saying the server didn't respond. retrying.

it keeps saying that. can u please help me ?

Try downloading the samp 3.0e i beleive its called, its the latest version of SAMP

If you have 0.3e - try adding the server to your favourites and then connect. If it's listed as a favourite already, remove it and re-add it.

Get 0.3e and if you already have it then, try to re-install samp and if then also it doesnt work then, delete "sarp" from your fav list and re-add "samp.gta-sarp.com:4500" and if it doesnt work then try putting SARP's IP rather than putting "samp.gta...."..
You can check server's IP from the side bar on the main page..
