I need a tutril how to install back pack gun and alot of skins and HD Grapichs and guns.
Please give me nice one and how to install it.

Download Alci's IMG tool.
Then find a GTA:SAn Andreas mod site. Or Youtube the mods you want, And open your Alci's open yout gta3 file in your models folder.
Then hit your import button, Selecting the mods you wish to put in.

CAn you give me the grapichs and how to install the guns\skins nids?

Just download the GTA:SA mods from somewhere and once you do place them in a folder labeled mods or something.
Noce Alci's IMG tool is open his the import button at the top and go into the folder you created and just import both files in, It will automatically replace the files you want to change.
Also i reccomend you make backups incase, or you may have to uninstall and re-install if something happens
