I used to play SARP before and now when i want to play, it seemse i can i cant log in. It just say Retrieving info.

Try to install the latest version of SAMP, o.3e, check this (http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php) out. Also make sure that you have the right IP address samp.gta-sarp.com:4500

Get newest version of SAMP ( 0.3e )

When you download it, remove SARP from your favorite servers, and add it once more - samp.gta-sarp.com:4500
It might help.
