i can't access SA RP

Hmm.. Maybe it's because of your internet connection. Close your browser when entering the game, as well as downloads or just get a better internet.
I had this problem before when I used my old and laggy broadband.

This SS shows that you have placed wrong name/Non-RP name in the name box..

Put it like Jordan_DiVittorio or any other RP name with "_" and try again..
