Banned bug or am I banned?

Okay I was joking around with some people and I got a kick for doing it. But then when try to relog it says you are banned from this server. It is not like a normal ban either where it states why you are banned but it just says you are banned and no explanation? How the fuck do I fix this?

Make a ban appeal, as he said, they'll check the logs, and they'll tell you how much time you are banned for.
