In the Ic streets section i'v seen people post ads about selling mats or drugs. I think this is a good way to avoid the police of posting an AD in game.

Since the section is IC, can i /su the person for an FCC violation since it is an advertizement

In my opinion you could /su him for fcc violation and illegal drug trafficking. I'm not sure if it is allowed tho so lets wait for someone more experienced to answer that

If it's an advertisement in game or an advertisement on forums it makes no real difference.

Below you will see the several detailed violations that if used in an advertisement or the News, the suspect will be charged with an FCC violation. Depending on the advertisement and if it's attempting to sell anything illegal, the advertiser may be charged with an intent to distribute.
