Last time the Money Reset was upcoming it was down to the Money/Vehicle/House and other minor things,such as the crack/materials/pot,so most likely..everything you've stated should've been reseted.Anyway the Money Reset is only a speculation/opened discussion on the server,nothing can be proven without admins confirming it.

The money reset was likely going to happen a while back, but the admins decided against it. Right now it's just people discussing it and I don't know if support for it is held by any admins. Bottom line, the players discuss things but when the admins say it'll happen that's when it'll happen, but until then the players are just discussing something that isn't likely.

The money reset, as what the above said, is just a rumour. Most likely it won't happen, since the Economic Advisers group is gonna be added, which will have access to command like /setprice of several things in game. They will set the prices of things according to the average economy of SARP. Answered.
