Hello' for some reason i cant connect to the server, according to my pc it is down but all the other servers are working and someone said the server is not down so how can i make it work thanks.

Do you have a firewall up? Try exiting the firewall or making an exception. Aslo if this doesn't work try reinstalling SAMP. By the way what does it way when you atrying to connect an SS would help people help you

it cant be my firewall because all the other samp servers are working and this it what it says when i try to connect

You could possibly be range banned... Ask the admins to check it.

^^ try doing these things and make sure you have the right IP, when the SAMP opens does it say how many players connected on the server?

trust me its the right Ip and it just says players 0/0 Ping -

Yeah, you could be range banned - I'd post a ban appeal just to see if you are or you're not. If you're not, I'll think of some other things it could be.

Alright then you might be rangebanned, talk to the admins.

It might be a rangeban, but it could also be another mysterious off and on problem a friend of mine is dealing with.

My friend occasionally has 0/0 players pop up and he can't connect to the server, if he waits a few days it'll work again. I'm currently trying to help my friend fix it so if we find a solution I'll post it here if you're not simply range banned.

I have the same problem. Some days it works, some days it doesn't.
