Rey, you need to fully reset your computer to factory condition, check your modem using the Default Gateway is also a way to check nobody else is accessing your internet. You need to get some software, and run a backup and a few scans.

Well, I don't think anyone else is accessing my network and also do you think that I can get rid of it w/o formatting because I just formatted my PC like 25 days ago -.-...

You don't know for sure about them Accessing it Rey, you're best to check. It must be a backdoor robot or worm. Could even be a trojan. You do need to back-track your PC. Think what you've been downloading and accessing lately.

Anything on the PC software can be fixed with a complete format and a new windows install.

I don't think it's a virus, this what I have found after searching:

Nginx (Engine X) is an open source web server and reverse proxy server. Many websites use it, for example Facebook.
The “Welcome to Nginx!” message means that something has gone awry on the server side. It’s a glitch. Nothing you can do anything about other than maybe clearing your cache and restarting your browser.

This might be a bit spammy but Rey can't open google to search anything so... Here it is! (lol)

There could be contradicting "cookies" which may
have put themselves on your computer, or there is
something within your "cache/history" that's stuck
there, thus making YouTube show the same thing
over and over again -- or just displaying weird stuff.

Therefore what you need to do is a ''super Refresh".

Exit out of YouTube (but not your browser) and do
one of the steps below. Afterwards, shutdown and
reboot. Not only will this "unclog" your computer's
cache memory and your "cookies", everything will
come across as fresh and new in YouTube's eyes:

Internet Explorer 6:
→ Tools → Internet Options
→ Delete Cookies → OK
→ Delete Files → OK
→ Clear History → Yes
→ OK

Internet Explorer 7:
→ Tools → Internet Options → Delete...

▼ Details
[x] Browsing & Download History
[x] Saved Form and Search History
[x] Cookies

Google Chrome:
→ Tools (wrench) → Clear browsing data...
[x] Clear browsing history
[x] Clear download history
[x] Empty the cache
[x] Delete cookies
Clear data from this period: → Everything

Apple Safari 3:
→ Edit → Preferences

DON'T FORGET TO SHUT DOWN AND REBOOT
AFTER DOING ONE OF THE ABOVE.

Screen shot would be nice. Then I could give you a suggestion if Enrique's doesn't help.
