It keeps telling me i am not alloud to make the purchase with my mastercard. I need a bank account. Help?

Try making a new account by registering on a different email, if it has worked before I don't see why it shouldn't now.

i did it again. no luck. it says its not payable via credit card. im going to try bronze. if no luck. I dont know

Well, Bronze VIP worked. I guess i didnt have enough funds maybe. Dont know. But now i have bronze :l not exactly what i wanted. ;[
