You should get a screen shot of your stats up and post it in the Administrative Related Request and kindly PM an admin, without spamming inboxes, about your request and tell them to check it out. Also /report in game, again don't spam, and tell them to check out the game related request (with screen shot of proof of your /stats) and ask if it is possible for them to refund you

the New system might removed your house and stats.

There was BUG long time ago that caused Stats Reset to almost everyone, people got refunds by pictures of /stats from in-game,
If you have picture of your stats, post Game Related Request (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?13-Game-Related) with details of the request
If you don't have picture of yours stats, I am afraid you must earn it all back or nicely ask Rey (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/member.php?115-Rey) or Nelson (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/member.php?131-Nelson) to check logs.

The logs of 2/3 minths are most likely already deleted. Sorry kiddo, seems you have to re earn everything. You can still ask an refund of your money though. And you can get 25% refund for your old car.

Make a game related request including a screen shot of your stats..

He already made a request, and Rey has stated that they are not refunding old accounts which you can read from this link http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/showthread.php?20331-Game-Related-Requests
Now this is answered, please do not post on this thread anymore.
