Well, i think you should retransfer ONLY the GTSA and download samp directly from your laptop...
Also, if retransfering doesnt work, youll need to re-download the game on the laptop.

Uhm, you cannot 'transfer' things. They need to be installed onto the laptop so if you mean you copied and pasted it, they won't work. Install GTA SA on the laptop and SAMP 0.3e on the laptop too. You may find that whilst in the install your laptop may not be able to handle it somehow or there may not be enough room etc. But yeah, I'm pretty sure you have to install it on your laptop and not 'transfer' it.

Acually, now I am fixing it, My friend is telling what to do on Skype. It was the video files - their were bugging the hell out.
