what does "Pending Player" mean?

It's on a complaint. If someone posts a complaint against someone, and the admin thinks it valid, the admin wants to hear the side of the player who is being complained, so the admin sets it to 'Pending player' so the player will tell his side. When the admin sets it to 'Pending poster', it means that the admin wants to hear the side of the poster of the complaint.

Simply 'Player' means the one who is being complained, and 'Poster' is the one who made the complaint.

As Enrique said, pending player basically means that the player who is involved in situation (such as complaints) needs to post his reply. Let me give you another example except complaints. In these posts in which you need help from community helpers it says 'Pending player'. It means that the question is answered but we're waiting for a player to respond since it might be wrong answer and the problem is not fixed.

It means "Awaiting a Player", It means that a player is pending to respond to a complaint, or anything..
