Game keeps crashing.

the little white bar in the bottom right loads (The one when you launch SAMP) and when its close to finishing it crashes and "Gta sa has stopped working"
Why does this happen?
If no one can help me I'll re-download Gta SA.

Rename SA directory to something else, like "san andras" then open samp and re-locate SA directory by trying to connect to a server.

Do you have mods? if you do have, then, it's a problem with the mods, you should've re-install the whole SAMP.

Can you give us what was the fix, since people might have these problem and you could just easily conclude this in

The fix would of been most likely removing recently installed mods because mods have a great affects on crashes if there installed to different specific files etc.

The fix is renaming the GTA SA directory and then reinstalling SAMP with the new directory. This normally always works if it crashes like this. If this does not work it will be as a result of the mods
