Might be someone had mistyped your ID and had muted you instead of someone else. Better post the same screenshot with proper format mentioning everything in wrongly muted section to get unmute.

Please tell us your in game name? If it's Cristal Garcia then you're muted for a reason, you need to look professional on /n and not give those kind of answers, but I think you should be muted for 3 hours not perma.

I just answer a question that someone ask , he ask "Is buying a flash for $22xxxxx good ?" (a bit different from original , forgot about the price he say , x=unknown number)
then i just answer "I saw someone selling it for 2.1mil yesterday , maybe okay"
then i get permanently muted from newbie channel .
