Well dude not that i'm somekind of expert in these stuff but has happened to me and the only solutions were these :
Delete the current and download new SA-MP ,try using that and if it doesn't work then reinstall GTA SA.

p.s these are the simple solutions, maybe someone will come up with something better [; !

Do you have any mods? If yes, try to unistall them.
If not, them I'm afraid to tell you to re-install GTA.

this has happened to me a few times, go into your Gta file and rename it Gta Sanandreas 2 then try it see what happens

If the mod's are removed and re-installed SAMP and still dosen't work, I suggest a fresh new GTA SA file.

I suggest, re-installing everything.
If that doesn't work then, use google, youtube and search the internet.

Look maybe you installed wrong a mod ex. HUD MODS so try to delete them or try to re-install GTA SA and SA-MP

I had this problem long time ago. You need to remember what was the last mod which you installed and you need to find an original file of it (if you had a backup, if you didnt tell me your msn / FB and I'll send you) (:

So, un-install recent mods which you have implemented, re-install your gta3 img folder.
Try putting the San Andreas folder on the desktop. That sometimes works if you're using the hoodlum crack.
