Its a paypal option, so if you got scammed or didn't get the product you payed for, you are allowed to charge back, means there is a dispute open and you could possibly get your money. But if someone pays for a Vip then after like 29 days charges back, there will be a dispute and possible the seller in this case Marcus will have that money taken away from him and the person still got his Vip for the 29 days. There isn't much point doing it as you will be banned.
