Contact a ban appealer and tell him that you are still banned.

Restart your Internet modem/device and try to log in game, if still you aren't able to log in game, send a PM to the admin who banned you or to the ban appealer mentioning the link of your unban appeal requesting him to unban you from game.

I'd say post in your ban appeal that you can't still log-in, or simply do what said above ^. Sometimes you get autobanned again without a known reason, PMing a ban appealer's the best way to get unbanned.

Perhaps you're caught in a rangeban, post an appeal or comment on your current one if it's still open or PM/contact a higher command admin (Preferably Head+?) and ask him to unban your range. That should help. Best of luck! :)
