Okay, I have tested this, I have also viewed the Posting Permissions. From what I have gathered, there is no way to delete poll after it is posted.

Actually there is a way to delete a poll and that way is this :
An admin with access to Forums' Admin Control Panel should use the 'Strip Poll' function which can by find under the 'Threads and Posts' group in the Admin Control Panel.
Another way to delete a poll is,i'm sorry but to delete the whole thread.

There is no way for him to delete his own poll, which is what I was saying,
