Need Help about my Prepaid Card

I want to donate to server via my Prepaid Card(Mastercard Logo) I have entered all information on paypal.
The card already activated today.
I'm from Malaysia.

CardType(Entered)
Card Number(Entered)
Expiry Date(Entered)
Security Code(Entered)

I can use any billing address right?
I mean I can put my address or my uncle address?

That clearly says that the credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit cards, it could be because of lack of balance or the country in which you living doesn't support the card on which you using it; probably it's out of range or not processed properly.
Please contact the bank department who own this card, they will give you the accurate answer related to the problem you suffering from even though you'll get the best and easy solution by them, not by the players or helpers, and please read the message in the last snapshot and try to understand it carefully.

First of all , you dont have to write your address, you just have to write an adress which exist, doesn't matter the address.
You have to write the password of your credit card. When you withdrawing or something like this.
The password named ZIP four charecters.
