Adding seconds on the time thing above the Armour bar.

Well, I got this clock shit ontop of my armour bar, but I want seconds in it to at the moment I only got like for exammple 12:21 I want 12:21:05 stuff like that like in this video.

If you're talking about the time thingy, which shows the only hours and minutes, then I suggest you to download some mod, which will show seconds too.

There is no way to do this script wise, you need to get another mod that has that timestamp up there.

I'm not sure if that you can do it with a no server mod. The mod shown there is a server mods which puts the clock there.

But this mod only shows weps and skins, nothing about the time mod thing. In single player shows the clock dont know why SAMP doesn't show though. Well, I heard this time thingy is based on interface editor, So if someone knows how to do it please post here.

You're talking about modding your HUD (Heads up Display). Try googling for SAMP HUD Mods, or you can look in that link I gave you where it says HUD to the left.

The sidebar to the left on the webpage of the link I gave you. Or just use google and try SAMP HUD mods, I would recommend doing this first.

Alright, so you download interface editor, move them to your directory and replace everything.
When you have done this, double click on the interfaceeditor notepad.
A list should pop up with diffrent names, search for 'clock.format', add an %02D behind it and hit save.

This should have worked. If it did, you're welcome.

Not really, its based on the interface. I used to not even have the clock there when I put this enlarged map radar thing I have the clock.
