Dear player,
On the top bar under the logo of the server, you can see alot of sections, "Home", "What's new?", "Forums", at the left of "Usergoups" there's a section called "Forms", click on it and you'll be redirect to the application forms section, scroll down to development forms and you'll find the "development team application", click on it and fill the application then wait patiently for the answer of your application.
