Will my account deleted for inactivity? i have prob with my PC and can't play eny kinda of games...

It should be deleted after 8 months, but i am sure that you have sufficient time to fix your PC.
My suggestion: Take a SS of your /stats(+/time), as you can't from your PC, do it from your friend PC or something else.

No, but sometime due to bug it gets deleted, better take a snapshot of your statics as if in-case your account get deleted, you would be able to make a refund request.
