Hey. Vinvin here with a simple tutorial on how to install mods! A lot of people don't know how to and I'm here to help you out.
So, this tutorial won't be anything fancy, just a simple tutorial, pretty short too.
First of all, for any mod you need an Img Tool Editor. (I like SPARK best so that's what I'll recommend to you too since it's easy to work with.)
Download SPARK here (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=1503).
Once you're done that, open the Win RAR file that you downloaded http://gyazo.com/2c0ba810f398ef8891fd28b3a6b401b3.png?1352661867 (Should look something like that.) and do this: http://gyazo.com/4ba9061efc6967635b85ede99bfe3f34.png?1352659491
Then, click this: http://gyazo.com/e51b5362d9b3df851acd882b5de83a61.png?1352659535
This should open up: http://gyazo.com/f9901b0473d2696433d42ca618d7aa84.png?1352659570
So once that opens up, click here: http://gyazo.com/4ec162e18d7d57cf63521e238d7a45f0.png?1352659619
Then, go to your San Andreas folder and go into Models and then click "Gta3.img" http://gyazo.com/097c8b40b82c905218be9a2fd36357ef.png?1352659719
Once you open that up, it should be like this: http://gyazo.com/98f0dfe82c0286ba7737e90069a91722.png?1352661421
Then, simply drag your mod folders, which should be a .dff and a .txd file into it.
Then, click "Save" and make sure to CLOSE SPARK (click X) and then start your game. Don't launch San Andreas with SPARK still open.
Save and close it. First click SAVE and then click X. http://gyazo.com/ac9cf5fee54f0176620ade10c5b76d1e.png?1352661545
Hope that helps.

Nice and simple, I'm assuming it's going to be helpful though.
Nice work Vinny.

Verrr nice vinny but after you drag and drop things and save them it's best to use a img rebuilder to delete the overwritten files otherwise things (like when trying to install new maps) can get fucked.

Link for img rebuilder thing heir: hhttp://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta-san-andreas/tools/8200-alcis-img-editor.html (http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/IMG_Tool;44920)

Use spark to replace and Alcu's thing to rebuild.

Yeah bro, thanks, that's all I really want.
I just want people to understand it and that's why I make it simple.
If it's like, GO INTO THE BACK UP DRIVE OF C;83 AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TOUCH THE 56 CORE DUAL POWER FOLDER OR ELSE YOU'LL BE LEFT WITH A MAGNILAYER OF 92 MEGABITES AND YOU DON'T WANT THAT SO GO TO DIRECT FOLDER 50 AND CLICK INTELLECTUAL .. lol i dont even know what im saying but yeah.
