What kind of audio are you trying to install? I've searched it on youtube for you and haven't found any good tutorials, but i'll keep looking.

Um.. You could search for GTA SA files through google.
Download the Audio folder seperately, or you could even download a Audio mod and just place it in there.
You should have the default Audio folder when you download GTA SA.. I don't know why you don't have it.
Or you could try re-installing SA but that'll take a lot of time.
Just download a Audio mod or the original GTA SA Audio folder from any GTA site. Search it on google. (http://www.google.ca/)
