I've tried to look a way to change armour and breath bar's colours in interface editor, but I haven't found any solutions. I've tried to add ''ArmourBar.Color and the color code, didn't work.

This will help you, allows you to edit the interface editor anyhow.

I've tried that program already, but it doesn't have a section to change armour's color, only health bar's colour is changeable.

To change the colour of the HP bar, Armour bar, etc follow the steps.
Solution is quite simple. Everything that's in color once you enter in-game will be changed. All you need to do is to follow some basic steps.
Let's say if the normal colorr bar for health is Red. You can easily change it to Blue, Yellow or any other color, I guess that's what you wanted to be changed or edited while.
Make sure you log out of game before using SAMP recolorer.
Steps are quite simply and easy.
-Run the SAMP Recolorer.
-Once you run it, it will open a window (like a page which consist of recolorer/editor and all).
-Right there you'll see a program, probably a page of colors. Like if you want to change the health bar. If you think you've screwed something up with the color, the ''default'' button will set the color back to it's original one, in-example: [Health Bar will be changed to Red]
-Once you click on the ''color'' part of WHAT you want to change, a window like this will show up. Right here you can chose what kind of color you want to replace with the default (original) one.
- Now the question appears here. How will you be able to save it. So for that the next thing you need to do is to click on the ''select samp.dll to edit.'' Once you click on it, you'll have a window open on your screen. You need to open the file where your GTA:SA is saved and click on the ''samp.dll'', simple as that, be careful while using the editor.
-Finally all you have to do is log back and you can play with your new changes. I'm sure this gonna work. Also you can set the colors back to default (original) colors as I've written above.
-The link of downloading the software is here.

I actually was looking how to change my personal HUD's armour bar color on InterfaceEditor.ini, wasn't looking for recolorer.

for that you'll have to edit your hud not your interface.

I was googling and found a note in which it was written that you can't change the armor bar color on InterfaceEditor.ini.
