Can't use CLEO.

Why I can't use any versi of CLEO??
It says "Error" when I'm trying to open the program.

Cleo is not a program, its like the middleman for GTA sa plugins / scripts, copy the files in cleo to the root of gta sa, then place your .cs (custom scripts) in the /cleo folder added to your root. :)

Where do I need to install/extract my CLEO 4?

After I install/extract the files into my GTA SA folder. How can I use it?

~Get the file here : http://www.gamefront.com/files/20732587/Cleo_4
~After downloading, open the containing folder (RMB>Open containing folder)
~RMB on "Cleo_Setup." > Run as Administrator
~Select "Base Cleo 4" and unselect the others
~Click Next> Choose your GTA SA Folder.
~Install it, should take only seconds
~Then check for CLEO.asi , CLEO.chm, and CLEO folder, in your GTA SA folder. If its there, Congratulations. If not, try again carefully.

You put certain CLEO modifications in the CLEO folder and some .asi files in your main directory. If you want to keep CLEO don't delete any of these files and if you want help installing certain mods you can PM me.

So, can I use ELM with CLEO 4???
If yes, please anyone give me the link of good ELM mods for CLEO 4 .. Because I always got crashed when starting the program(ELM) ;/
