When you buy Bronze VIP.. How long does it take to have it on forum and IG? Also do you get any IG Money with VIP purchase?

No you don't get IG money with VIP purchase.
Donate for the VIP and take a screen-shot of your donation for proof and you could either post a game related request (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/misc.php?do=form&fid=7) or wait for an Executive Admin to come In-Game so you could /report to obtain your VIP. If he asks for proof, send him the SS you've taken.
Once you get VIP IG get some proof that you're VIP (use /vc) and post a Forum-related request. (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/misc.php?do=form&fid=9)
It should take maximum 2-3 days after purchase transaction.

Contact to Executive admin on Froum or In game, (( I Recommand Chris, he is the only Ex Active )) He make you VIP In game after he got your pm and cheking the shop, And Yes, You get money, Weapon, Crack, Pot And seed with /getgift (( Full weapon set [ Sniper, Spas12, M4 and Deagle ], 50 Gram pot, 10 Seed, 25 Gram Crack and 50k Cash )) Randomly. You can /geetgift every 5 hours.

No it's Same for Gold, Silver And Brounz, But For Gold and Silver you can buy Weapons with very cheap price at black market and you can do mats run, be drug dealer and drug smugler without having the jobs.
