I get a lot recently reported requests for help, most of whom I can not solve because I am not authority for this or not in the correct admin rank, and people do not know who to talk to when the Admin can not assist them, so I prepared a detailed guide.
Which admin I need to contact for my problem?

Junior - General - Senior - Head - Executive
When you know which admin rank can assist you, type the command /admins before you report, if he is not online just wait and don't report, if he is online but not on /admins,therefore he is off duty, don't report.
- I need to receive mydonate ( Phone...House...VIP...etc )
You need to contact Shop Moderator, check at the roster who is shop moderator.

- I am in elite faction and I need free name change for casefile \ mission.
You need to contact Senior+ admin for ANY kind of name change.
- Take screen shot of your /stats, and save it, when you will request name change back to your original name, the admin can ask for proof for the stats.

You have to go to city hall and stand on "!" icon and change your name there, only General+ admin can approve this.

- I need help with house \ cars problems
* Only Executive admins have the ability to create new houses and fix houses.
* Head / Senior admins can only: reset the house, change interior, change the location of the house, change price of the house.

- I need stats refund
Senior+ admin for this

- I need advertisment or newbie Unmute.
In this way there are 2 options.
Per level it's 30,000$ for unmute.
Example: you're level 5 and you want unmute, 5*30,000$ = 150,000$
* Contact General+ admin and he will /fine you.
* Contact Junior admin and YOU will have to /transfer him cash for unmute.

- I want new accent.
Contact General+ admin
And when you report, just report what accent do you want.
Make sure it's role play accent and not "Sexy Boy" accent.

- I made Game Related Request [ GRR ], who can refund me?
You must get approval for the refund and THEN /report for refund, don't spam or report before it get approved.
* Donate issues[ Executive ].
* House , cars [ Senior+ ]
* All the others ( Weapons - Money, wtc...) [ Junior+ ]

- How to make proper complaint at forums against player \ admin \ faction
You have to get atleast 2+ SS, or get 1 GOOD SS.
Make new complaint, write the name correctly and don't forget the "_"
Add the screen shots, explain in 1-2 lines what happend for each SS.
Don't DIG in the complaints, we hate it.

Same thing, check the roster and search for complaint moderators.

You should contact admin complaint director , or , Assistance complaint director and they will help you before you make forum complaint against the admin.

The best way to tell anything to admin is by private message him at forums.
Really, I prefer someone to private message me at forums instead spamming me in game.

Contact Executive admin, since they can check the donated shop and confirm it.
