My screen is fucked when I log in

Ok so. I was in blueberry with my friend I see a green sultan. I get in it and then this happens. (I have not tried to log on with my alt) But when it's at the login screen its fine but when I log in its fucked. Everything was fine before I i presses "Enter" to get in the car please help me on this
And it dont do it when i'm on my alt account

It might be a mod you have installed, I'd suggest to try to reinstall the game or something, as it might be for that reason. Just a guess, I have never experienced that in my time, atleast.
