No health bars

I have no mods, clean installed GTA and also the samp userfiles.
I cant see health bars, just the name and ID.
Has anyone got a fix?

I believe it's a part of computer hardware/software or then the resolution, i had the same bug on one of the school computers, but not all of them. Try editing the graphics settings in game, and possibly install/update your DirectX and the Windows Redistributables. (not sure about this all, but could work)

If you have Nvidia, Go to Nvidia Icons (Usually a hidden icon) > Manage 3D settings and then use the advance settings. Make you apply the settings on quality. It fixed it for me. Not sure for AMD.
