tell me what Mods you use?
and check your gta folder if evryting is good there and if SAMP go's to your GTA folder and not to a other map.
((if you need backup files i can get you some but that needs to be private cuz i'm not allowed to share Gta original files.))

this is a unmoded GTA map look if you miss things.

Owh shit, you sir are screwed (yeah, couldn't find any better way to say this). I literally wasted like 3 hours fixing this (googled every single shit, it is a known problem, there are some statements on the official SA-MP site about it as well). I think that in the end, I gave up and re-installed my game, not sure though. Easiest way to solve it would be to re-install your game, if not that, then you may as well google about this, there are a lot of responses.

Cheers.

if it still doesn't work after re-install, you need to make a new User on your computer and play on that.
i got on my computer 1 bugged user (can't play SAMP) and 1 game user (i use that for SAMP and just Main user)

Listen man, I had the same problem.

what version of SA you have?
1.0
1.01 or
2.0?

You can see the version when you start the game on single player, in the main menu look at the right bottom corner, there should be the version number. If there's nothing then it's version 1.0, which is the correct version for SAMP, if it's either one of those others you have to download the Downgrade patch to make the game into 1.0. SIMPLE AS THAT

That's a runtime error. Try opening SAMP with administrator privileges.

If that doesn't work.

Install this
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5555

If that doesnt work,

reinstall the game.

Yeah, I've had that shit on my old PC.. The thing that could work for you is if you create a new account on windows and install GTA SA and SAMP again if you already haven't.
