I guess its not a cleo hud, You just have to put these all files into your gta sa directory.

Your GTA SA directory. What that means is just your GTA SA folder. Directory means the first folder, not any folder in it like "models", etc. So yeah, just drop it in your "GTA San Andreas" game folder. (:

I just installed the HUD and it worked fine when i dropped them directly into my GTA SA folder.

I know how to install HUDs like these lol. It works the same as the GTA IV HUD. Trust me.
