Hello, i have downloaded army vehicles mod, but i actually don't know how to set it up, please help :)

TXD Workshop

To change the crosshair you need to download TXD Workshop and other stuff, you can either replace the HUD, or if the link doesn't provide that and instead provides a picture, download http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8320
How to use it? Open your HUD.txd file in models and/or import your new picture and fix up the name, etc and make is similiar, and remove the old one.

IMGTool 2.0

For mods to change how the weapon looks, you have to download IMGTool 2.0 (which I use ;P) download.. http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=63 it is a website to download it
How to use it? You open your gta3.img (gta3) and extract the new .dff and .txd, also remember to replace it over overwrite the old weaponary so that your new one is placed and you don't have 2 types of deagles or anything placed on each other.

CLEO 4

For mods like cars, helicopters, etc. You want to download CLEO 4, you may need to update some microsoft stuff for it, w/e. but you simply get a car mod, and you extract into into CLEO 4, it'll automatically replace it, also remember that you need to place CLEO 4 and its modifications into your GTA File. Simple buttons on the top right corner that'll help you find how to add the mods, should be simply, couldn't find a video for it though, sorry. First, I'd suggest downloading an IMG Editor (Spark) - http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=1503
Then, click open and open the gta3.img. Then get the files that you got from your mod that you downloaded, there should be a .dff and a .txt file, and grag the .dff and .txt from winrar and drag it into the IMG Editor, once you did that you cn click 'save' and try to connect to SAMP. That should work.
