"You can't speak. You are muted"

i was playing and suddenly when i tried to /usecrack there comes out this text "you can't speak. You're muted." Seriously what the fuck? Yes, i understand if i'am muted for example /n or /ad but muted for chat? (t) how i suppose to play if i cant do anything? I can't even say "Hi."

And btw relog didn't help...

I doubt there can be something else, you are muted, most probably from an event. Just try what I said.
