And i cannot loggin but i can see my ping and the amount of the players on my SAMP but when i press *play* it says that shit.

1) Re-start the computer.
2) Re-install SA-MP ( It will only take 1/2 minutes to download n install it ).
3) Delete SA-RP from fav and re-add it.

Done and nothing changed yet.

Uninstall SAMP, and then GTA SA.
Clear the registry.
Restart your PC.
Install GTA SA, and then SAMP.

I had this problem last time and these are the steps I took to get it working again.

PS: It could be just a dodgy router you have. You could try resetting it for ten minutes, or restarting it.

You installed SA-MP 0.3e, we're currently playing on 0.3x so probably the game won't start.

Use google to download the patch of 0.3x and enjoy playing SAMP!

Nono i tried so and now i guess it's my SAMP 0.3e, i m making it now. - since we are working with SAMP 0.3x.

Oh I thought you had the same problem I had since I installed 0.3e, then uninstalled my game, and after reinstalling it, installed 0.3x not knowingly, and it worked.

So yeah, my bad.

you should change the game setup and then you should try
but if after that also it will be not work so you have to change

Don't restart or uninstall anything. SARP is compatible with 0.3x only so all you need to do is update it!
