Sound Mod Bug Help

So I've installed some helicopter and siren sounds. Now, some helicopters are fine, however the Hunter and Cargobob sounds are bugged. When I enter them, they work fine, the sound only bugs out when other people enter them.

Does anyone know how I can fix this without replacing every heli sound mod? Thank you.

Maybe it's that mod that's causing it? You should copy that GTA3.img, make a new one and then place the old GTA3.img in a folder to save it if this mod I'm just about to give you fucks up as well.

Once you've done that, here's a tutorial on how to install the modification (yes, the tutorial is made by me).
