Why does my game crash?

(Ok so I didn't really know where to post this, it's not a bug is it? But I would still appreciate some help)

Well, I haven't played SA-MP in like a two years time, and I wanted to start playing again. I have created a new account and all, but my game just stops working during the tutorial. I think I have tried at least 20 times, sometimes I don't get any longer than the screen where I have to type in my password.
It is always lagging during the tutorial, I can almost never see any buildings and I get a few errors, mostly ''0x6E7 Exception: 0x00000005 at 0x7F120E''
But last time I tried, I got to ''Gangs'' and then the game crashed. I have noticed that this isn't only this server, it's my game. And I have downloaded the 0.3x version, I have tried un-install and re-install it again but it's not helping.
My ping is around 150-190 but sometimes goes up to 400-600 for a few seconds. And just a moment ago it went up to 900 and then down to 144 again.

Do you have any helpful advices? .xx

Do you have mods? They Can be broken and course your game to crash

I don't think I have? Because I don't know what mods are....

Try download Alci's img editor and open your gta3.img and Rebuild your achrive and try to run SAMP as administrator if you on 7 / 8 / or Vista

There is no other problem that I can think of but that you have a certain mod installed (maybe) that is bugged or is missing a certain file. I would advise you to either 1) Find out the missing files or the corrupted/bugged files and remove them. 2) Just reinstall your SA and SAMP. There is no particular way for me to specifically tell you what is wrong since our versions of GTA aren't similar. Wish I could help more but that's the only advice I can give. :c hope I helped some if any.

He doesn't need reinstall his whole gta only gta3.img lol

Okay, thanks I will try re-installing GTA tomorrow since I don't know what kind of files i should or should not have haha.

Just only re-install gta3.img there are the files which you need Not need to re-install whole gta takes to much time.

How do I re-install only gta3.img?

Go to your downloaded gta file Winrar open models and go to your Gta SA map also to models remove the gta3.img out of your models map and replace it with the one out of the winrar.
